  1. Real time (online): In today’s world, teams frequently work remotely and across multiple locations. Hosting online sessions is familiar and easy. Requirements: internet access, two screens and the application being covered in the course.
    Takeaway: all participants receive an electronic version of the workbook to keep.

    • A Quick Tour: The basics that everybody should know.
    • Formatting Reports: Participants have often commented that this is the “Must Do Course”.
    • Mail Merge & Templates: If you are responsible for the organisations master documents (the templates) then this is for you.


    • Using Excel: The basic that everyone should know – entering data, building formulae, creating charts and printing.
    • Revision: Good starting point for people who want to refresh their skills.
    • Developing Formulae: Totally focussed on formulae.
    • Analysing Data: This session is focussed on dissecting and reporting on data.


  • Creating great presentations: This course includes a refresher and includes tips and tricks for saving you time when creating a presentation. Plus valuable tips for how to present.


    • Using OneNote: Navigating; Adding content; Formatting content; Tagging notes; Searching; Using Quick Notes; Tables; Printing
    • Advanced OneNote: Customise configuration; Using Quick Notes; Drawing Tools; Linked Notes; Formatting Pages; Exporting; Templates; Integration with other apps; Using on multiple devices.

Microsoft Teams:

    • Navigating the App: difference between Chat and Posts; Navigating a team.
    • My favourite 5 Apps: in a Team.


    • Getting Started: The basics including contacts, calendar and notes.
    • Getting More Productive: If you are interested in using Outlook as a productivity tool then this is the course.
