The most common method of selecting (or highlighting) text is to drag over the text.

In this video we will use several different methods of selecting text to increase your productivity, including:

• Click, hold down the Shift key, Click – selecting any text
• Double click – selecting a word
• Triple click – selecting a paragraph
• Using the Ctrl key and clicking – selecting a sentence
• Using the Alt key and dragging – selecting vertical text
