    While you can use the Ribbon to turn on and off the multi-level list, it is more productive to start the list as you type, then using the [Tab] key you can make the list into a multi-level list.

    I also show how to change the type of multi-level list and to introduce "fake spaces" to give you a bit a room between the points.  Enjoy

    Inside of using the CONCAT function or writing a formula joining cells together with the & symbol, try using Ctrl + E.

    Insert the pattern you want Excel to use from your data, and then press [Ctrl + E]

    You have seen how Excel autofills the months of a year, well you can create your own custom lists which is a lot more productive than typing a list over and over again.

    For whatever reason, your Microsoft apps may not have the Dictation function installed.

    And if this is the case, then you can use the Windows 11 App in Word, Outlook and in other window applications such as Notepad.

    The most common method of selecting (or highlighting) text is to drag over the text.

    In this video we will use several different methods of selecting text to increase your productivity, including:

    • Click, hold down the Shift key, Click – selecting any text
    • Double click – selecting a word
    • Triple click – selecting a paragraph
    • Using the Ctrl key and clicking – selecting a sentence
    • Using the Alt key and dragging – selecting vertical text

    Excel's Conditional Formatting enables you to format a cell (or a range of cells) based on a test.

    But there is a case when you may want Excel to highlight the row instead of just getting a cell highlighted.

    Consider you are in a workshop and the presenter has invited you to take a photos of any slides he/she is presenting. You have taken a photo and now you want to make some notes on this image.

    Let's show you how to put the image into OneNote and then send the image to the background so you can make notes anywhere on the image.
